Some of them you may even do without realising!<\/p>\n<p><strong>1-3-year olds<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Using your hands:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building towers<\/li>\n<li>Train tracks<\/li>\n<li>Posting toy games<\/li>\n<li>Puzzles<\/li>\n<li>Turn-taking games<\/li>\n<li>Balloon play keeping it in the air<\/li>\n<li>Blowing bubbles, try to pop and catch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Keeping moving:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Learning to walk, run, climb, jump, up and down play.
