Your baby and their temperature

It’s important to keep your baby at the right temperature, ensuring they aren’t too warm or cold.

Babies aren’t good at regulating their own temperature and can overheat easily because of clothing, bedding, heating or weather.

Babies who get too hot are more at risk of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS). Always follow safe sleep advice, click here to learn more.
