Rutland children’s centres

Visions Children’s Centre aims to help Rutland families with children 0-11 years old, by providing activities, information, advice and services in one place. They have access to a whole range of professionals including Early Help Workers, Early Years Practitioners, Health Visitors and Midwives, who can offer advice and support which is specific to you.

Children and family wellbeing centres across Leicestershire are local centres that offer help and support to all families with babies and children from pregnancy until they go to school.

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust runs a confidential secure text messaging service for parents of children aged 0-19 years called Chat Health. The service operates Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, excluding bank holidays. All texts will be responded to by a public health nurse (health visitor/school nurse) within 24 hours. Outside of the service working hours, you’ll receive a message back to inform you that your text will be responded to once the line reopens.
