In your Baby and Me session, your health visiting team will have shared simple, fun ways to support your baby’s development and relationship building through play and interaction. Topics like safety, child health, infant feeding, and looking after your own wellbeing are also discussed.

These groups are also a great chance to meet other parents/carers to talk about how you’re feeling, and learn about your baby’s development, like when to start tooth brushing and how to support their growing brain.
