Take a community workshop

Hampshire Healthy Families is a partnership between Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Health Visiting and Barnardo’s to deliver the healthy child programme across Hampshire.

Barnardo’s delivers the community part of the healthy child programme for families with children under the age of 5. By this we mean fun workshops, short courses and local walking groups in locations near you.

All the workshops aim to help with your child’s development and social skills, as well as supporting you as a parent.

Ready Steady Walk

Run by volunteers, Ready Steady Walks are free, push-chair friendly, social walking groups for families with young children living in Hampshire. Find your local walk on the Hampshire Healthy Families website.
