What is The Nurture Programme?
Have you got a 3-4-year-old?
The programme supports positive parenting, emotional wellbeing and child development, helping children to be healthy, confident and ready to learn when they start school. In interactive ways, you will able to explore with other parents in a safe space with someone from your local health visiting service.
How will it help?
This programme will help you to:
- Understand your child’s emotions and behaviour and how life experience can affect these
- Build stronger family relationships
- Set healthy boundaries with confidence
- Improve your own wellbeing
- Learn useful methods that work in everyday family life
How long is it?
- 10 x two hour sessions
