HENRY (health, exercise and nutrition for the really young)

Healthy Start, Brighter Future!

HENRY is a fun free 8 week group course running across Hertfordshire. At HENRY we are passionate about babies and children getting the best possible start in life. This means supporting the whole family to make positive lifestyle changes, creating healthier and happier home environments, and building healthier communities.

HENRY is for you if you would you like to:

  • Feel more confident as a parent
  • Reduce mealtime stress
  • Get some support to give your child a healthy start
  • See your child eat more fruit and vegetables
  • Help your children spend more time being active and less on screens

What happens in childhood has lifelong effects on our health and wellbeing. HENRY supports families to provide the best possible start in life for babies and children.

Get in touch to sign up by either calling 01707 248648 or visiting the Henry website.
