Would you like to be more confident in the kitchen? Join the ‘cooking on a budget’ sessions, which are being supported in Leicester through funding from the Household Support Fund. The course begins on the 25th February 2025.
Over this 5-session course you will learn how to prepare budget friendly, healthy, homecooked meals. The sessions are led by a qualified tutor and will cover planning and cooking meals. All resources will be provided along with assorted freebies for those who attend all 5 sessions.

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust runs a confidential secure text messaging service for parents of children aged 0-19 years called Chat Health. The service operates Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, excluding bank holidays. All texts will be responded to by a public health nurse (health visitor/school nurse) within 24 hours. Outside of the service working hours, you’ll receive a message back to inform you that your text will be responded to once the line reopens.
