Free infant feeding awareness sessions

Family Hubs are offering free, two hour infant feeding awareness sessions on Microsoft Teams.

Join the infant feeding awareness session to find out more about how to help protect, promote and support infant feeding and families.

Sessions will cover the following:

  • Benefits of breastmilk
  • Brain development
  • Bonding and attachment
  • Signposting for support
  • Safer formula feeding
  • Returning to work

Every 2nd Wednesday of the month 1pm-3pm until April 2026:
