Healthy Recipes

It is important to develop healthy eating habits from an early age as children have lots of new experiences. Keeping mealtimes relaxed and enjoyable will allow children to develop positive attitudes with food, making healthy food a part of normal family life.

As children become more familiar with different foods, they become more confident to try new foods and enjoy them. Encourage your child to try different colours, textures and flavours at an early age.

Follow along with our recipes, get your child involved with touching, smelling and tasting.

Cooking together is a great way to introduce foods and our recipes show ways to make the activity safe and fun for under 5’s.
