Delivering your baby can be a scary prospect, so this Bumps to Babies video offers lots of advice and information around labour and the pain relief options available to you.
It will help you to write your birth plan and consider your options for labour, including deciding who your birth partner will be, the type of pain relief you would like, whether you are comfortable with a student midwife being involved and who you want to cut the cord.
It also provides guidance around the importance of skin to skin contact after birth and explores feeding your new baby once they arrive.
You can download a transcript of the video here.
