With the colder months now upon us, an increase in coughs, colds, tummy bugs and other illnesses for every member of the family is likely.
To help support you in knowing when to get healthcare support and how you can treat a range of ailments at home, potentially saving a significant amount of time waiting at hospital or in the GP surgery, we have developed a winter hub full of content to help you and your family stay well this winter.
Within the hub, you will find advice, support and guidance across a wide range of subjects, including:
- Spotting and treating minor ailments and illnesses
- Identifying infections in babies
- Advice if your child suffers a head injury
- Vaccination information and advice for adults and children, including RSV, flu and measles
- Looking after yourself if you’re pregnant
- General winter safety
- Plus much more
We’ll be adding more to the winter hub throughout the coming months, so head there now to take a closer look and be sure to keep visiting for additional information and support to help your family stay well this winter.
