Notts Help Yourself

Notts Help Yourself is the website to help you find information and services for Nottinghamshire all in one place.

This includes details of the Families Information Service which provides support and information for expectant parents and families with children and young people aged 0-19.

There is information on the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Local Offer which offers support for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities aged 0-25.

Details of the Local Offer for Care Leavers, giving support for care leavers moving into adulthood and independent living aged 16-25, is available.

Adults and Communities are covered, offering support for adults on employment, education, health, housing, financial advice and things to do in the community.

And there is news and resources for care professionals and organisations.

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust runs a confidential secure text messaging service for parents of children aged 0-19 years called Parentline. The service operates Monday to Friday between 9am and 4.30pm, excluding bank holidays. All texts will be responded to by a public health practitioner within 24 hours. Outside of the service working hours, you’ll receive a message back to inform you that your text will be responded to once the line reopens.
