We would like to introduce you to the Wellbeing and Exercise in Pregnancy Programme (WEPP). The resources are designed to meet your needs during pregnancy and after you have had your baby.

You can access all our exercise videos and resources.
The exercise videos include Pilates, yoga, gym ball and general exercise, and our videos are suitable for you even if you have not done any exercise before. Most of our videos are between 10 to 25 minutes long so that you can fit them in even if you are having a busy day.
