Healthy cooking skills course

Free cooking course on offer to parents and carers in Nottinghamshire.

A free course covering healthy cooking skills is to be held in Sutton-in-Ashfield.

Parents and carers are invited to take part in the course where they can learn new skills to help them eat healthier, with a basic healthy recipe to prepare and try each week. The course takes place at the Academy Transformation Trust Further Education Community Hub at Unit 14, Idlewells Shopping Centre (opposite Stock Giant), Market Street, Sutton-in-Ashfield NG17 1BP.

The course will be held on Wednesdays from 10am until 11:30am and runs from September 7th 2022 to October 12th 2022.
