3 Wellness Winter Walks Challenge

The Forest Recreation Ground, Gregory Boulevard, Nottingham

Free wellness walks for women taking place at scenic beauty spots.

Women and mums in Nottinghamshire are being invited to take part in the 3 Wellness Winter Walks Challenge. Why not walk yourself into a fitter, more balanced and happier you? A gentle outdoor session walking in parks and areas for women only is being staged by Nottingham Muslim Women’s Network.

This is an opportunity to develop mindfulness, techniques to destress and make new friends. Don’t forget to bring your trainers and a water bottle! The walks are free to all women and include free transport.

The walks take place:
• Thursday, 17th December from 9:30am-11:30am at Gedling Park
• Saturday, 7th January from 9:30am-11:30am at the River Trent
• Saturday, 4th February from 9:30am-11:30am at Matlock

Participants will meet at The Forest Recreation Ground, Gregory Boulevard, Nottingham. (Transport will be provide to and from The Forest Recreation Ground).
