Good Boost exercise classes

Give your bump a boost with Good Boost exercise classes.

Aqua-natal classes for mums-to-be are being provided at Kirkby Leisure Centre in Nottinghamshire.

Good Boost creates personalised exercise so you can move more, have fun and feel better and the Good Boost programme delivers an aqua natal version of the programme.

These sessions are open to everyone, whether self-referral or from the midwifery team.  They are bookable via reception or the Everyone Active app and cost £4.50 per session, (booking is required) as there are only 10 places per session. Sessions are on Tuesday evenings from 8:00pm to 8:45pm.

Everyone Active members that are on the GP Referral scheme get these sessions included within the membership.

Kirkby Leisure Centre is located in Hodgkinson Road, Kirkby, Nottinghamshire NG17 7DJ.
