Antenatal Classes

Every third Thursday of the month, 1-2pm, Solihull Infant Feeding Team offers an online antenatal class via Zoom run by experienced peer supporters.

This is a fantastic opportunity to meet your peer supporters and discuss everything you need to know before your baby arrives, such as; bonding with your baby, skin to skin, getting breastfeeding off to a good start, positioning and attachment at the breast, baby brain development or ask any questions you may have!

Each class is packed with tips and evidence based information to support you on your journey.

We understand just how important the support of those closest to you will be on your upcoming parenting journey, that’s why we encourage you to invite any of those people to attend this class with you – we discuss the best and most helpful ways for loved ones to support you, especially in those early days.

Book your place on one of our upcoming classes, or watch our antenatal YouTube video for a taster of the information we’ll be covering, or if you aren’t able to attend one of our live events:

Outside of the service working hours, you’ll receive a message back to inform you that your text will be responded to once the line reopens.
