Tower Hamlets Together

Tower Hamlets Together is all about different health and social care organisations working closer together to improve the health and wellbeing of people living in Tower Hamlets and the quality of our care services is at the heart of this.

With our history of joined up working and partnership, along with the initiatives that were developed as a result of the Vanguard funding, we have made huge strides in our aim of improving the health and wellbeing of our communities.

Some of the initiatives and projects we have developed so far include:

  • Improving population health
  • Transforming children’s services
  • Improving how health and social care work together.

More information can be found on the Tower Hamlets Together website.
