Family Information Service

The Family Information Service offer information advice and signposting for families and professionals working with families with children age 0 to 18 (25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities SEND).

A wide range of information is available on our webpages from childcare to parenting support, health, mental health and holiday activities.

SEND local offer webpages also offer a wide range of information for parent/carers and children/young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

The Family Information Service produce a weekly electronic newsletter.  You can sign up to that here

A helpline is available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.  You can contact FIS by email fis@warwickshire.gov.uk or telephone 01926 742274.

 

ChatHealth Logo

South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust runs a confidential secure text messaging service for parents of children aged 0-5 years called ChatHealth. The service operates Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, excluding bank holidays. All texts will be responded to by a health visitor within 24 hours. Outside of the service working hours, you’ll receive a message back to inform you that your text will be responded to once the service reopens.
