Neurodiversity support & Local SEND support in Hertfordshire is available for you and your child, whether your child has a diagnosis or not.

The Neurodiversity support hub is an advice service offering support, signposting and guidance about a whole range of things relating to ADHD and Autism. Therapies services
Speech and Language Therapy Work in partnership with parents and carers the speech and language therapy service offers a child and family centred approach to support children with a speech, language, or communication need. Children’s physiotherapy is a specialist team providing services to children and young people to promote health and preserve and improve the best possible functional level of the child or young person.
The children’s Occupational therapy service offers a child and family-centred approach to support children and young people with their independence in all aspects of daily living. The service is available to children and families across Hertfordshire.
Sensory processing service Sensory differences are life long and may change and develop over time. The most effective way to support your child’s participation is by applying strategies consistently within the context of everyday routines and activities. Hertfordshire Parent and Carer Forum are an independent parent carer led organisation which aims to improve services for children and young people aged 0-25 years who have special educational needs and/or disabilities.
Carers in Herts Supporting a family member who has health needs can be rewarding but also comes with challenges. You may need help finding services, you may need a break or may just need a chat with someone who understands.
