Here is your online antenatal package offering advice and information for you during your pregnancy, preparing you for the birth of your baby.

You can also contact a Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor) by text using ChatHealth, a dedicated secure text messaging service. Text 07520 615381 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. This is not an emergency service.

Alternatively you can call the Healthy Together Helpline on 0300 300 3001. Calls are answered from 9am – 4.30pm on weekdays, excluding bank holidays
