Receive additional antenatal support and information if you are pregnant and live in Leicester City
Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust alongside Leicester City Council, Heads Up Leicester, University Hospitals of Leicester, and Leicester Mammas have worked together to devise a new antenatal health and wellbeing contact.
This provides pregnant women and pregnant people living in Leicester the opportunity to access a wide range of advice and information relating to their pregnancy.
You can access this contact by clicking here, or via the image below, which takes you to an online questionnaire. This will provide additional support and information on a range of pregnancy and parenting topics, such as how to have a healthy pregnancy.
You will be asked a series of questions about different topics and, depending on your answers, you will receive an electronic care plan at the end which will include web links to a variety of resources for further information.
The antenatal health and wellbeing contact forms part of a wider pilot project, featuring the above organisations, to support local new parents during the first 1,001 days (from conception to two years of age) of their baby’s lives.
The project is funded by the Department of Health and Social Care and will see the establishment of a programme of activities, specialist help, workshops and advice for families to help ensure their children get off to the best start during the crucial first two years of their lives.
