Healthy Family Teams Survey

Your views are sought in a survey on the Healthy Family Teams.

Feedback is being sought from parents and carers about the Healthy Family Teams in Nottinghamshire. Nottinghamshire County Council is going out and about to groups to talk to parents about the health visiting and school health teams, known as the Healthy Family Teams, and is also circulating a questionnaire. The survey is open until 16th December 2022.

If you use the service, they would like to hear your views. The council is keen to hear the voices of dads and partners as well as mums.

Download a poster with a link and a QR code to a survey that can be completed online or you can access the survey online.
