A handy guide about car seat safety for parents and carers has been created by Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust’s Best Start team.

The guide gives lots of advice and tips for placing a child in a car seat, plus links to videos and information from other organisations such as the Lullaby Trust and RoSPA.

The service operates Monday to Friday between 9am and 4.30pm, excluding bank holidays. All texts will be responded to by a public health practitioner within 24 hours.
