3-4 Month Toolkit for parents

At three to four months of age, babies are much more alert and are starting to develop new skills weekly.

Their bodies become stronger and their movements more purposeful. They become more aware of their surroundings, showing an increased interest in interacting, starting to smile, and recognising those close to them. They are also starting to recognise the world around them. At 3 months old they can start focusing on things further away.

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust’s Healthy Family Team has created a 3-4 Month Toolkit providing advice and support to parents.

You can download the toolkit here.
