Are you pregnant? Nottinghamshire Family Hub Network has a free Antenatal Awareness Offer for you!

The offer is for you if you are expecting a baby in the next 3 months and living in Rushcliffe.

It will help you look to build a closer bond with your baby, understand what your baby is communicating to you, will be a safe space for expecting mothers and partners to ask questions, and will help with receiving emotional support from parents and carers.

There are 2 offers available: Antenatal PEEP and Antenatal BABES.

Antenatal PEEP covers getting to know each other, transition to parenthood, baby states (sleep etc), brain development, emotional support and lots more.

Antenatal BABES covers how breastfeeding works, skin to skin, positioning/attachment/feeding cues, caring for baby at night, safe sleeping and lots more.

To find out more about the antenatal offer, contact via telephone at 0115 977 3749, by email to FHRushcliffe@nottscc.gov.uk or on the website at www.nottinghamshire.gov.uk/care/family-hub-networks

You can also walk into one of the Family Hub buildings to speak to staff, or talk to your midwife or your Healthy Family Team.
